Urban Roots Home Solutions helps create a better path to Homeownership by connecting qualified Homebuyers, Property Owners, Investors, and community resources through the URHS Home Ownership Success Program™.
Built on the belief that Homeownership should create opportunity—not barriers, we provide a structured, education-first approach that supports responsible Homeownership, protects Investor interests, and strengthens neighborhoods.

At no cost to the Homebuyer, the program begins with education about the responsibilities, expenses, and long-term realities of Homeownership before any decision is made to move forward.
The URHS Home Ownership Success Program™ is not credit-based and does not evaluate or disqualify Homebuyers based on their credit history or credit score. Homebuyers may qualify for a home by meeting the applicable income requirements. Outside assistance programs may have separate eligibility requirements, and approval for those programs cannot be guaranteed.
Homebuyers are connected with available homes that align with their household needs, income requirements, and long-term ability to maintain successful Homeownership. Property options may come from participating Property Owners, Investors, and approved program partners.
The program gives Investors clear terms, dependable documentation, established payment expectations, and recorded protection while creating a workable path to Homeownership for the Homebuyer.
The relationship does not end when the Homebuyer receives the keys. Homeowners continue to receive education, annual reviews, resource connections, and support to help them remain prepared for the responsibilities of Homeownership.
URHS helps Homeowners identify and connect with available repair assistance, grant programs, community resources, and other forms of support. Each outside program has its own requirements, and eligibility or approval cannot be guaranteed.
Homebuyers begin with no-cost education, review the income requirements, gather the necessary documents, and learn what to expect throughout the process. Credit is not evaluated or used to determine eligibility.
Qualified Homebuyers explore available homes that align with their household needs, income, and long-term Homeownership goals.
The property terms, responsibilities, payments, documents, and closing process are clearly explained before the Homebuyer moves forward. Support and resource connections continue after closing.
A credit score should not stand between a working household and the opportunity to own a home. URHS provides no-cost education, a clear process, available-home connections, and continued support for Homebuyers who meet the applicable income requirements.
Through the URHS Home Ownership Success Program™, Investors and Property Owners can connect available homes with qualified Homebuyers through a structured process that maintains clear terms, dependable documentation, established payment expectations, and recorded protection for the Investor.
Protect the Investor. Empower the Homeowner. Strengthen the Neighborhood. Create a Better Path to Homeownership.™
